Returns:

Not happy with your purchase? Report within 14 days after receipt that you want to return your purchase. After this notification, the product must be returned within 14 days. After receipt and inspection of the return shipment by De Oranje Kat you will be refunded your purchase amount (product + shipping costs). Take into account the processing period of your bank.
The products must be returned in the same condition as they were sent by De Oranje Kat. When De Oranje Kat finds that a product has been damaged by the buyer or used by the buyer, no money will be returned. The buyer should not use the product for more than to get a good idea of ​​the purchased product.

If you have ordered multiple items and do not return the entire order, then only the costs of the returned products will be reimbursed and not the shipping costs of the return shipment.

Some items cannot be returned and are excluded by law, namely magazines and books.

The shipping costs for the return are for the buyer. Returns are only accepted with a track & trace code. The package must also be sufficiently stamped.
The price of the return shipment differs per country. Inquire about the price with your national postal deliverer.

The buyer must pack the product properly and properly when returning it. De Oranje Kat is not liable for damaged products or lost packages during return. Reimbursement is not possible here.
